CauseKnot™ is a WordPress fundraising toolkit that gives not-for-profit organizations everything they need to run campaigns, manage sponsorships, sell event tickets, and process donations directly from their own website, without relying on a separate third-party fundraising platform.
Before CauseKnot™, most smaller not-for-profits raising funds online had two unappealing options. They could use a generic third-party crowdfunding platform, which took a percentage of every donation and sent donors to an off-brand page, or they could piece together plugins that weren’t built to work together, creating a clunky donor experience and gaps in reporting.
That caused problems on multiple fronts:
Rather than point organizations toward another third-party fundraising platform, I built CauseKnot™ as a self-contained WordPress toolkit that integrates directly into an organization’s existing site, keeping the entire donor journey on-brand from campaign page to payment confirmation.
