Fabian has the wonderful quality of turning shortcomings into learning moments – these happened a few times during my writing work and his patient guidance and suggestions have made me a much better communicator.
He is also generous with his advice and suggestions when it comes to skill development and career planning. He is respectful of your time and skillset – he made sure, for example, to keep me abreast of the larger communications strategy and how my work was important and what role it was accomplishing, and what kind of time commitments he was looking for and what would work for me.
Overall, he is a wonderful colleague to work with, and a great mentor to have!
